Dosage:
Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule daily.
When: For better absorption, take zinc on an empty stomach—45 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. Sensitive individuals may experience nausea when fasting.
Recommendations: Zinc absorption is low with food, especially with phytates, fibre, iron, alcohol or coffee. For better absorption, separate it from these substances.
